Just showed up to pick up a repaired item and forced to wait while others were being shown and deciding on jewelry pieces. I understand first come first serve but having to wait 30 min for a transaction lasting a couple of minutes makes no sense. Will probably not buy there again and definitely won’t use for repairs.
