I have been wearing Johnston Murphy shoes for close to 40 years. Dress shoes and casual shoes. Today’s experience March 13, 2019 at University town Center in Sarasota was another exceptional experience. The gentleman that waited on me let me returned a pair of shoes that had a squeaking heel. He replaced the shoes with no question. Their customer service is second to none and the quality is exceptional. I then bought another pair of shoes and some socks and spent $200. I’ve tried other brands and nothing compares to Johnston and Murphy quality. I recommend them to anyone looking for a higher quality shoes and service.
