Worst service ever! Waited over 1/2 hour before any one acknowledged we were there. Wanted to charge 30 dollars to transfer old phone contents to new phone. Very condescending attitude from both employees. Have never been treated like this! Only 2 employees on duty, couldn't handle the traffic of customers. Will never go back to this store. Bad representation of Verizon
