We stopped by to have our normal sandwich after we are done and went to cash out, they wanted to charge us for extra cheese. we kindly said to them that they would have told us in advance. while we are still negotiating they suddenly snatched the sandwich in a very rude and insulting way. We were shocked and can hardly believe what they did!!!

It was a bad visit. We stopped by to have our usual sandwich, when we are done ,went to cash out. They wanted to charge us for extra cheese. They did not say that we are to be charged if we have more chease,and we told them so. Then and in a very rude way they took away the sandwich suddenly without giving us time to decide. I can hardly believe what they did.
