There were some employees there that are incredibly obliging and the there are the useless ones. I was told today if you have coupons you can not go to the self check out. why should I be inconvenienced if I have coupons. I can’t go to self checkout. Because it’s too much work for the guy to collect the coupons and apply the coupons. At the target over on Wadsworth it’s never a problem nor at the target in Glendale. He said it’s just too much work for him to go back-and-forth and put the coupons in etc. well isn’t that part of his job what are you getting $15 an hour for? In addition the Starbucks finally open unfortunately the workers that were there for years very nice woman young girl who I think it’s the manager are gone. The old workers were very efficient and quite friendly the new workers are quite the opposite no smile no thank you no hello could care less not a good reflection on the Starbucks area makes you want to go elsewhere. You should bring back the old workers they were an asset to the Starbucks area

Constantly out of products and very rude employees. Turnover high. Employees seem like the know everything, could careless about their job and have not a clue what the words customer service means.
