All my friends in the DAR and TLWC are wondering why we can not get upscale stores like Nordstrom not the rack,we need Dillards, sax fith ave.. Instead you put in 3rd class stores like Ross, Old Navy, T.J. Max. We also would like some 5 star restaurants. The view is magnificent and deserves these type of stores and restaurants. The above restaurants and shops are not classy like Colorado Springs deserves. My rating is 3 star maybe.
