We have been loyal customers to Cane's ever since it first opened in Baton Rouge, we have followed Todd's rise to fame for many years, cheering on a hometown boy who made it to the top. When we moved to Highllands Ranch we wished for a Cane's and were delighted when it finally came here! You can depend on the food being very good every time but the service is another thing entirely, our last visit will be our last. we received our food at the take out window and waited for our DEBIT card to be returned. They said they gave it back with the receipt, but as it turned out , it was still inside the takeout room-----we refused to leave without our card-even after the manager told us to just cancel our card!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cars were lining up behind us to almost out into a major street waiting to be served, but we did not budge until our card was found-inside Cane's.NEVER AGAIN will we hand over our debit card in a takeout lane------word to the wise---- better watch your card at Cane's in Highlands Ranch, no telling where it might wind up. And the manager said he would have a "talk" with the girl taking our card.BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
