I had the best customer service from Stephanie today. I came in with a phone that couldn't receive or make calls. Stephanie is Very knowledgeable, found out my phone needed updates. We tried for a while to update the phone, and it wasn't updating. While waiting for the phone to update, she researched phones I might want to up grade to. She suggested one, that was very similar to my phone with a home button. I wanted a little bigger screen, and she found the perfect phone for me. Very knowledgeable. She helped with the phone accessories, and when she heard me say I was a door dasher, she suggested the phone holder, perfect. This was the easiest phone I have bought, and I wasn't there for a long time. I am very happy with my purchase, thanks to Stephanie.
