The Manchester Mall is a dead Mall that has no shops it’s empty and have been declining for years if you’d like to see a beaten down mall that is 70 percent closed off and “Under Construction “ for over 5 years and signs advertising new restaurants coming soon that never happened , where most of the building is just used for office space and a high school program since 2016 that must be the only way they stay in business. Don’t get me started on the area it is very dangerous and the crime rate is extremely high. I would be nervous to park my car there let alone go inside.
