Bought my wife a $900 pair of shoes for her birthday. She wore them for the 1st time last week for our anniversary. She noticed that the hole she was using in her strap was punched to close to the edge but since we were away for the weekend and she had no other nice shoe for our anniversary dinner she wore them anyway. Wore them for 2 hours only and the hole was about to tear. Went to the Mission Valley store , they told us that they weren't sure if it could be fixed and since this was deemed excessive wear and tear they would not replace the shoe even though the shoe has a 1 year warranty. They took a picture and said they would call us. Staff was rude and basically saying we were lying about only wearing it once. Unbelievable for such a high end store. Our case is still ongoing but for now this store and staff get 1 star for customer service and 1 star for quality of product. IF it were possible to give a negative star rating I would!
