I have tried to open a checking/saving account for the last few weeks for my kids... today was my 4th time at this location, and each time I have been told something different!! ( bring a birth certificate .. no you only need a student ID, no they should have told you you need the child's social security card.. and today.. oh sorry, the child needs to be with you !?! WTF!?!! I finally decided to go somewhere else , where each banker knows what they are talking about !! Customer service is one thing -- but what good is it if the employees have no clue!! So so frustrated! No more Wells Fargo for me !! Especially not this one!!!
