Just picked up my $270 wool pants (worn once) from here. They shrunk them by at least two sizes - can’t even get them on; and they ruined the texture of the garment. I’m just sick. I could see they were ruined even before I got home and tried to put them on. I told them they had ruined my pants and their response was “we just dry cleaned them.” There’s no way this was a normal dry cleaning process. I think they actually just washed them!
