Concerned customer - Jun 19, 2022
I love Ross & shopped at this location for over 10 years. HOWEVER, lately, I've noticed, that every time I'm in line, there is always an upset customer trying to get help while 'Angel' (dont let name fool you, she is supervisor or something and it's her real name) rudely dismisses the customers concerns/questions completely! I have seen her talk down to a few employees as well! Like I've said, I love Ross Stores but this is NOT A CUSTOMER FRIENDLY location. I feel badly for the employees who work there as I've honestly never seen her do anything but stare at some papers AND order her people around while making herself seem better than everyone, & doing so right in front of customers & employees to hear and see! How can Ross employ an extremely rude,unhelpful little bully who has absolutely NO customer service skills whatsoever? This location is the closest to my home, but I can't witness this holier than now management thing wipe the smiles off everyone that is unlucky enough to come into contact with her any more. My business will go elsewhere. Shame on you Ross. Your standards have gone to the gutters!
