Dishonest and unprofessional. Made a mistake on the shirt (which initially she admitted, then later blamed me for).... Randomly let me know they use children's shirts to make the art look bigger on the ads, so don't expect to get what you see. There were several other issues, however in short, I would avoid this business if you want to get what you paid for.
