My old phone's charging port broke so he sold me a box that would charge my battery. My phone still would not boot up after charging. Went to Verizon to see what needed to be done, had to replace my phone completely. Verizon asked if the phone doctor could get my battery charged to transfer my info from old to new phone. Went back to the phone doctor, he asked me to leave old phone & he would charge. I left it overnight & he called me the next day to come. My battery was completely bad.. he put one of his new batteries in my old phone to boot it up & transferred all my data from old to new phone. It took close to an hour & he didn't charge me a dime. He's the best. Will definitely only use him in the future.
