We were there today to get a small pet for my 10 year old but weren't sure what to get. The associate there, who's name I didn't get was so helpful and patient. He informed us about care for rats hermit crabs and Betta fish all of which we knew nothing about. He was even going to let my daughter hold a rat. We were very bothersome to say the least and he never once was fazed or anything but courteous. Thank you young man. We will be back
