Rating: 1Called the phone number on the hospital bed we rent from this company because the bed stopped working. My fathers 80 years old and needs help getting in and out of bed with the assistance of the motorized lift. So the technician came out on Monday but had the wrong part to fix the bed, he said he will be back today. No one came by, I took off today just to get the bed fixed again. The lady who answered the phone did not want to help me and brushed it off on her manager, sent me to her voice mail. No call back, I called and the manager picked up and she was absolutely worse the the First Lady. Very rude and disrespectful, don’t deal with this company, they will ignore your calls and when you complain they hang up on you! Very sad...
