Rating: 1It’s not the same, it is not better. You took a thriving business and destroyed it. You should have modernized the building with maintenance issues if need be but you completely turned it into just another strip mall. You were given such a rare opportunity and ran it in the ground. There was a reason it thrived for so long. Maybe you should go back to what worked in the first place and build on that. Your rating should be a zero.
