I send money for my mom need and when she was able to go ( early in the morning because she is older and with the Covid pandemic is a little safe early when is not so much people there) the employee talk and treat her very rude and unkind , telling her why she go early , I send that money and I paid good $$ for the service for a employee treat her with out respect and professionalism I will let western union the service my mom receive! So sad , my people treat others so unkind more when we need to take care of older people Customer service is important
