  • Shop N Play in SouthPark Mall customer review by Chyanne

I have been here many times before, but the last two visits were a nightmare. Everything was going good until the shift changed with new worker. She had 30 kids by herself. I was working on my laptop at the counter when suddenly, the young worker approached me saying my daughter opened 8 pieces of candy on her counter and I had to pay for them $3.29 a piece. I don't think so. I never saw them open anything, and why am I responsible for candy that is carelessly left laying around. It is not fair to me as a parent to always pay for candy that laying around. This is the second time this has happened. The first time my daughter went to the bathroom and the worker approached me saying "I'm sorry, your daughter ate some chips on the back table" That was weird because again i can't control your environment and what you fail to put away. The owner called me attacking me as if she was collecting debt. She just lost a frequent customer. I witnessed other children snatching candy from all over the place and I even took pictures...
