Just Disappointed. Purchased an item 65 days ago (I now understand the return policy is 60 days). Just had the opportunity to wear my purchase over Mothers Day weekend and realized it didn't fit as expected. Wanted to exchange for a larger size and was told to contact Customer Service which I did. Customer Service explained their return policy however was surprised the store wouldn't give a merchandise credit. I am/was a long time customer of Talbots in Chester and on-line and am surprised they could not be more accommodating. I also work in retail and we do everything in our power to keep our customers satisfied.
