Extremely Unsatisfied - May 05, 2018
My first time and last time here! Went on 5/4/18 with some friends...They said it was a good place to eat...That was the biggest fib I have ever been told! Went in a bit before 7:00 and didn't leave until almost 9:30...How is that for POOR service (and that is not even the half of it)! That includes waiting half an hour for the bill, which was wrong... I was charged for my party's cocktails, as I don't drink...Another 10 minutes later, and the bill was STILL WRONG! They tried to overcharge me for my meal that was not even worth 1/4 of the price printed in the menu! I ordered a beef burrito that was suppose to come with rice, beans, lettuce & tomato. What was delivered to me from clear across the table (using a potholder, so I was thinking I was going to get burned) was a chicken burrito with rice and beans that tasted like they were fresh out of the refrigerator with not even a hint of warmth...Plate included! I sent it back and 5 minutes later was delivered (using a potholder, once again, from across the table) a beef burrito that was as small as a hot dog and about half the length with rice and beans. AGAIN they were ICE COLD even though they SUPPOSEDLY just got remade! I never once saw my lettuce and tomato side items! Needless to say I won't be going back and I recommend other people to think twice before going here!
