    My branch for as many years as it has been at this location. Previously excellent service. Their response to incorrect Euros provided was very disappointing, supporting the vendor who supplied wrong denominations, instead of assisting me in correcting the mistake, instead, suggesting I go to different location to exchange, or deposit to my account & charging me an additional fee, for the vendor mistake. Very angry, inconvenienced, & disappointed.
